Crust ingredients:
2 cups steamed, blended cauliflower
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond meal
Italian seasoning, any seasoning you like
Toppings:
Sugar free marinara sauce
Feta cheese
Mushrooms
Sun dried tomatoes
3 slices Uncured black forest bacon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450
2. Mix cauliflower, eggs, almond meal, and seasonings in a bowl
3. Spray two 9" pizza pans (or any circular dish) with olive oil or coconut oil. Or just make one big pizza on a baking sheet and shape into a circle
4. Spread "dough" into pan(s)
5. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges brown
6. Top with toppings of your choice and bake for another 5-10 minutes
